1. General

Using this website or booking services with Innergshotit Productions LLC means you agree to these Terms &

Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit/retainer may be required to secure a booking.


•Your date is not guaranteed until payment and confirmation are received. • Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadline.


• Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits/retainers are generally non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated in your booking agreement. • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• No-shows may result in the loss of the deposit/retainer.


4. Photography & Editing

• Images are professionally selected and edited according to the photographer's creative style.

• Additional edits or major retouching requests may require an additional fee.

• Final images will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time provided at booking.


5. Copyright & Image Usage

• Innergshotit Productions LLC retains copyright to photographs and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Clients receive permission to use their delivered images for the purposes agreed upon during booking.

• Images may not be resold, licensed, altered, or commercially redistributed without written permission.


6. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Innergshotit Productions LLC may use photographs and videos created during a session for its website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate booking information, bringing required outfits/props or other personal items, following location and studio rules, and communicating important requests before the shoot.


8. Third-Party Editing

Clients and models may not apply unauthorized filters, AI alterations, FaceApp, or other edits that substantially change the photographer's work when presenting or representing the work as delivered by Innergshotit Productions LLC.


9. Weather & Unexpected Events

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather or circumstances outside the photographer's control. The photographer may also reschedule due to emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


10. Client Conduct

The photographer reserves the right to end a session if a client engages in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.


11. Liability

Innergshotit Productions LLC will take reasonable steps to protect client images and provide professional services but is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.


12. Changes to These Terms

Innergshotit Productions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply once posted on the website.
